Are you passionate about driving change and transformation? As a Business Project Manager within our Commercial and Corporate Programme team, you will lead the execution of key change initiatives across 42 locations UK-wide. This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver transformational projects that shape the future of our business in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects or workstreams end-to-end, delivering business outcomes on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to project governance, manage stakeholders and project teams, and ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and review comprehensive project scope documents, managing any scope changes through formal approvals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks, issues, and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Track project status, costs, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing business process projects in a multi-cultural, multi-site environment.
  • Proven stakeholder management, budget oversight, issue resolution, and escalation skills.
  • Strong people skills and demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Domain knowledge in financial services or insurance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.

Preferred qualifications

  • Ability to engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing project updates for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Skill in establishing project governance, managing risks, and dependencies effectively.
