The first step in your career in Reward & Talent is as a Graduate Analyst. Graduate Analysts work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as a member of project teams to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions.

As a Reward and Talent Graduate Analyst, you\\\’ll dive into our integrated solutions, spanning our Reward & Talent, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices, and collaborate closely with Mercer Career\\\’s other practice lines in Executive Remuneration and Workforce Transformation.

We will count on you to:
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organisation-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends
- Analyse data related to compensation, benefits, and performance to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes, including salary structures and incentive plans
- Collaborate with project teams to determine and execute the most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives
- Prepare client presentations and presenting to business leaders
What you need to have:
- To be eligible for this position, you must be on track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum of a 2:2 (or equivalent) in your degree discipline
- Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this role)
