This role will help create and drive integrated marketing campaigns across all delivery channels, working on a range of campaigns across Marsh, partnering across multiple UK business teams to activate propositions, strengthen thought leadership and deliver measurable client and commercial impact.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Leader for Risk Management and Risk Consulting, you will provide support in executing strategic priorities as well as managing key projects. You will work collaboratively across the marketing team to bring the full value of our products, solutions and expertise to clients and prospects. You will work with the wider marketing team in the UK and globally to deliver all aspects of brand activation, demonstrating effectiveness through campaign measurement and optimisation. Therefore, this role requires experience managing multiple marketing programmes for differing lines of business in a coordinated approach.

We will count on you to:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their practice areas and client focus and, using this insight, create compelling multi-practice marketing campaigns aligned to the overall marketing strategy to deliver strong client and prospect engagement.
  • Build multi-channel marketing propositions and plans that help position Marsh as thought leaders and trusted advisors across UK practices.
  • Leverage all aspects of digital marketing and work closely with the Digital Centre of Excellence to enhance UX and engagement across web and campaign journeys to boost performance and deliver a friction‑less client experience.
  • Work with the social media team to build and nurture the Marsh brands through effective social activity.
  • Drive performance excellence through collaboration across the marketing and communications team to share best practices, ensure integration, efficient delivery and consistency of approach.
  • Work with the internal communications team to actively engage key internal stakeholders with proactive internal communication campaigns that create advocates and amplify activity to drive commercial success.
  • Advise sales and consultant teams on how to leverage marketing activity with clear, practical sales enablement assets.
  • Manage the relevant marketing budget(s) to ensure effective activity and demonstrable ROI.
  • Ensure best practice is applied and all relevant Marsh policies and applicable laws/regulations are adhered to so that all marketing activity is compliant.
  • Build awareness and understanding of the wider marketplace to spot opportunities for timely and topical marketing, content and PR activity.

What you need to have:

  • Significant experience working in a corporate, matrixed B2B marketing environment, ideally insurance or consulting.
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with senior executives.
  • Marketing generalist with extensive experience across marketing disciplines and delivery channels, with a clear track record in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Experience in building B2B brands and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

What makes you stand out?

  • Knowledge of tools and systems such as CRMs, Cvent, Qualtrics, SharePoint and Power BI desirable.
