The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

Location: England. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Work with Risk Managed clients to provide insight on trends and analysis and make recommendations to reduce the frequency and severity of claims.
  • Deliver Risk Management advice to improve client competencies in mitigating the cost, the risk and the impact of claims.
  • Promote Claims product suite to business and Clients.
  • Support Marsh in achieving expanded revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational processes.
  • Support with new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous personal development and secure recognized professional qualifications.
  • Project delivery work.
  • Relationship management with key markets such as Loss adjusters and Law firms.
  • Advocate for our clients on any claims issues and/or managing performance of Insurers, TPA's, Loss Adjusters and Lawyers.
  • Work with clients and prospects by providing claims consultancy projects and advice.
  • Deliver claims advice to support clients, mitigate their risk, and reduce the cost of civil claims through a number of different and evolving propositions.
  • These initiatives or projects are primarily around claims issues and will include support on matters such as process streamlining, identification of cost leakage, audit of Suppliers and benchmarking and claims cost reduction.
  • This is a client-facing role and requires the ability to establish internal and external relationships.
  • Claims Executives will have responsibility for maintaining relationships with Client stakeholders and as such are a key part of the client facing Marsh Claim service teams.

What you need to have:

  • Detailed understanding of EL/PL/Motor and Property claims processes.
  • Articulate and excellent customer service skills with clients at all levels.
  • Experience within a claim's environment, with a broker, insurer, TPA, Lawyer or Adjuster.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of the UK insurance market and processes.
  • Outstanding personal organisation skills for diary management and reports.

  • Experience of assisting clients/policyholders with commercial claims cost reduction, process improvements and/or claims trends.
