now: pensions (part of Marsh McLennan) have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work from our London office two days per week. This is a part-time role, with a requirement to work 28 hrs per-week (4 full days). This role plays a key part in driving growth across the business through high-impact digital and lifecycle marketing. You will own core growth activity across acquisition, engagement, and retention, combining handsâon delivery with dataâled optimisation.
Working closely with commercial, product, and agency partners, you will help turn insight into action and activity into measurable outcomes.
We Will Count On You To:
- Plan, build, sign off, and optimise lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, using testing, segmentation, and performance insight to increase conversion and customer value.
- Drive growth across the full funnel, owning digital activity that supports acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Scale performance through marketing technology, improving tracking, automation, and data quality to enable smarter targeting and faster optimisation.
- Deliver highâimpact digital campaigns with agencies and internal teams, aligned to clear commercial and revenue goals.
- Optimise digital experiences across web and owned channels, improving performance, usability, and conversion through continuous iteration.
- Use data to prioritise action, identifying growth opportunities and translating insight into measurable outcomes.
What You Need To Have:
- Proven experience in growth or digital marketing, spanning acquisition, lifecycle, and optimisation.
- Strong handsâon capability with HubSpot, including email builds, approvals, automation, and performance reporting.
- A commercial mindset, comfortable working to revenue, conversion, and growth targets.
- Confidence working crossâfunctionally with commercial, product, digital, and agency partners.
- A dataâled approach, with the ability to turn insight into prioritised action.
- Demonstrable experience in content marketing and paid digital campaigns that have driven growth.
- Clear, confident communication skills, including stakeholderâfacing updates and recommendations.

- Strong email copywriting skills with a track record of driving engagement and conversion.
