We are seeking a talented individual to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our Manchester office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and/or Protection clients, by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
- Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
- Manage and develop strong client relationships, win new business, and work pro‑actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans.

- Healthcare and/or Group Risk knowledge is essential.
- Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills).
- Consulting and relationship management skills.
- Technical, product and process knowledge.
- Inter‑personal, communication and time‑management skills.
- Strong account and time‑management skills.
