PURPOSE OF ROLE
As Legal Ops Administrator you will be responsible for supporting all tasks associated with the medicals process of a claim. These include booking medicals, chasing medical agencies for appointments and reports, requesting medical records, contacting clients and progressing the file.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS LEGAL OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
- Book medicals as requested by fee earners using an online portal
- Contact clients when they have missed a medical appointment, ensuring a new one can be arranged
- Chasing clients to return important documentation to move medicals process along
- Liaising with different medical agencies for appointments, reports, medical records and invoices
- Assisting file handlers with general queries to aid file progression
- Managing the medicals inbox actioning emails from clients as well as medical agencies
- Providing assistance, when necessary, in performing administrative duties and dealing with consumer queries
- Producing reporting to aid Management team in reviewing file progression
- Any other tasks as requested by the manager
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of working in the personal injury sector
- Proven administration skills
- Confident and capable decision maker
