Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics solutions in line with architectural and coding standards.
  • Lead the implementation of complex customisations including plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using Web APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
  • Act as a technical liaison with the Microsoft Gold partner platform vendor.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (on-prem) and MS Portals.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong C#/.NET experience, including custom plugins and workflows.
  • Experience with client-side development (JavaScript, form scripting, ribbon customisation).
  • Experience working with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Ability to interpret user requirements and deliver secure and resilient technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or major Dynamics upgrades (desirable).
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams (desirable).
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (desirable).
