Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics solutions in line with architectural and coding standards.
- Lead the implementation of complex customisations including plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using Web APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Act as a technical liaison with the Microsoft Gold partner platform vendor.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (on-prem) and MS Portals.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong C#/.NET experience, including custom plugins and workflows.
- Experience with client-side development (JavaScript, form scripting, ribbon customisation).
- Experience working with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Ability to interpret user requirements and deliver secure and resilient technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or major Dynamics upgrades (desirable).
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams (desirable).
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (desirable).
