Nation FC is seeking experienced and passionate football coaches to join our coaching team for the 2026/27 season. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team within a growing grassroots football club committed to developing players both on and off the pitch.
Responsibilities:- Managing a team for the 2026/27 season
- Planning and delivering engaging training sessions
- Leading the team on matchdays
- Supporting player development and progression
- Building positive relationships with players and parents
- Working alongside the club's coaching staff and management team
- Promoting high standards of behaviour, discipline and professionalism
- Previous football coaching experience
- Experience working with children in a sporting environment
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- FA Coaching Qualification preferred
- Reliable, committed and organised
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for player development and grassroots football

Qualifications:- Coaching skills, including planning and leading training sessions and skill development
- Leadership and mentorship abilities to guide and inspire players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with players, staff, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques; certification in sports coaching is a plus
- Ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback for player improvement
- Experience in youth or amateur football coaching is advantageous but not required
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful team environment
