Natilik is seeking an experienced Account Director to own and grow Customer Engagement relationships within named existing clients.

You will protect and expand CE ACV, engage stakeholders beyond IT, and position Natilik as a strategic partner in digital and AI-driven customer engagement transformations.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Design, Transition, and Managed services, owning complex deals and RFP processes while driving measurable business outcomes.
