Natilik is a Global Technology Solutions Partner. Our mission continues to be two-fold; growing a brand that is seen as the industry’s ‘Confident Guide’ sat between the vendors who make technology, and our clients who want to use it to help deliver the outcomes most important to them. We offer products, services, platforms, applications, and expertise to help. We also want to continue to build a business that we can be proud of, with a focus on five stakeholders: clients, people, partners, communities, and shareholders; putting our people at the heart of everything we do. From the small and simple, to the large and complex, we want a life-long partnership, a company our clients and people can rely on.
The Role
During this 6 month fixed-term contract, the Senior Network Engineer will work with key Natilik clients, supporting their day-to-day network operations, change and incident responses, data centres and cloud services. Natilik's global clients rely on the Networking Engineer to run the connectivity that their operations depend on: WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, data centre fabric, cloud connectivity and network security, voice, video and meeting-room services. You will work with clients whose estates span across EMEA, APAC and the US, so this role presents an exciting opportunity to support global enterprise clients.
Day to day
- Supporting and evolving Cisco voice estates: CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway (MRA and B2B), SIP trunks and CUBE gateways across regional carriers, and Webex
- Supporting voice recording platforms and compliance requirements around it for key Natilik clients
- Run and improve resilience and DR processes, including failover testing between data centres
- Supporting key clients with migration projects and driving automation of configuration, validation and monitoring
- Working with global teams to implement a follow the sun approach
- Being a diligent documenter and effective mentor to other engineers
We're looking for

- Deep routing and switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF) on Cisco platforms, including Nexus data centre fabrics (NDFC)
- Experience managing Palo Alto firewalls through Panorama, including VM-Series in AWS or Azure, plus Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
- AWS networking skillset (Transit Gateway, Direct Connect)
- Cisco voice experience (CUCM, SIP and CUBE dial-peer troubleshooting, and Webex, including call quality and QoS across the network)
- Network automation (Python, Ansible) and monitoring skills
- A calm, rigorous approach to operating business‑critical infrastructure for key clients
Behaviours...
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and articulate technical solutions to different audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across client teams and key stakeholders.
- Strong team player who enjoys working alongside others, contributing, and adding informed opinion and insights to discussions.

- Ability to work under pressure, outside of comfort zone, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
