Nathaniel Car Sales Ltd offers a wide range of services for both private and business users, focusing on excellent customer service for over 40 years. Located in Bridgend, Cardiff, Cwmbran & Swansea. We are proud to be one of the best Global MG dealers and number 1 dealer in europe several times. With our fantastic partners across Wales and an amazing team of staff we are looking for someone who can not only grow that but give our current team the support they need.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Bridgend. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage performance evaluations, and provide support for employee development and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in performance management and employee development
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification is a plus
