Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Bridgend.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Additionally, the HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage performance evaluations, and provide support for employee development and training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Experience in performance management and employee development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification is a plus
