About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Roofer\’s Mate to join our team, working across projects in the Cotswolds. You will support experienced roofers on a variety of jobs, including installations, repairs, and maintenance on pitched and flat roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting roofers with day-to-day tasks on site.
• Preparing and carrying materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Keeping the work area clean and organised.
• Learning and developing skills to progress within the trade.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of general roofing experience (essential).
• Good knowledge of basic roofing practices and materials.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential).
