The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and intuitive Café Bar Team member to join our Notting Hill team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard, wellness-led environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will serve a loyal and health-conscious guest base, building genuine relationships while maintaining speed, precision, and consistency during busy service periods. You will play a key role in crafting exceptional coffee, delivering high-quality food service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest leaves feeling energised and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to an exceptional standard.
- Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised customer service.
- Prepare and serve fresh deli food in line with Nathalie’s quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Ensure all displays are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Work efficiently and calmly during high-volume service periods, particularly mornings and lunchtime.
- Build strong rapport with regular guests and contribute to a welcoming, professional team environment.
- Follow all company policies, health, safety, and operational procedures.
