Be part of one of the UK’s most ambitious electricity infrastructure programmes. This role supports a major National Grid Strategic Infrastructure project in Northwest Wales, bringing together multiple delivery partners to strengthen the country’s transmission network.
As Document Controller, you will sit at the heart of the project, taking ownership of the end‑to‑end management of project information within the Common Data Environment and SharePoint. You’ll ensure information is controlled, traceable, auditable and fully compliant with National Grid Strategic Infrastructure standards, while maintaining consistent document workflows, metadata, access permissions and communications across all partners throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a highly collaborative, on‑site role, with an expectation to be based on site 3-4 days per week, working closely with project teams and delivery partners to support the successful delivery of this nationally significant infrastructure project. This role is based in North Wales and involves regular travel to office locations and project delivery sites/substations, primarily within the region surrounding your contractual base location. Occasional nationwide travel may also be required, depending on project demands.
