In just a short time, we’ve grown rapidly to support major organisations across the UK, Europe, East Asia, South America, and Australia. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Delivery Manager to help us scale our mission even further.
What You’ll Do
- Own project delivery for global corporate clients, from proposal through to completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams across science and engineering to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Advise customers on how to interpret and act on nature intelligence data.
- Shape our Product, feeding back insights from delivery to make it smarter and more scalable.
- Author and review outputs such as slide decks, data files (CSV), and methodologies to ensure clarity, accuracy, and transparency.
- Build strong customer relationships, lead calls, and provide clear, strategic recommendations.
We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a consulting role (or 4+ years without a master’s), ideally within sustainability, strategy, or data-related fields.
- Experience leading customer projects and delivering on time with impact.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, including comfort with ambiguity and change.
- A collaborative, kind, and proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced start-up.
- Passion for learning, growth, and driving positive environmental outcomes.
