We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be inspired by the ingredients you work with to create seasonal, balanced and nutritious menus.
- You’ll recruit, lead, manage and develop your own team, using your proven kitchen management experience and engaging communication skills.
- Ensure our standards are met or exceeded; work with each site team to keep food innovation on the agenda and achieve excellent GP.
- Collaborate with a group of General Managers to build and maintain the relationship between our company’s Foodie culture and the goals of our clients.
- Attend learning forums and lead craft workshops to stay up-to-date with food innovation and trends on the High Street.
- Provide strong leadership and coaching to extend continuous development across your team, encouraging new initiatives.
- Engage with customers to measure success, gain inspiration for new ideas and maximise sales with our concepts and innovations.
