Natara Global, Billingham, is seeking a Process Operator to join the Production team on a three-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm).

The role covers warehousing, compounding duties, despatch preparation and weekly stock checks in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ L2/3 PPO or equivalent and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, plus experience in batch production and a proactive, team-focused approach to continuous improvement.
