What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Estate Accountant, you’ll be the reliable pair of hands that keeps the finance function running smoothly, including:
- Owning payment runs end-to-end
- Bank, control and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities/trusts
- Payroll for c.20 employees - accurate, on time, compliant
- AP/AR: invoices, supplier statements, and resolving queries
- Supporting month-end with tidy schedules for the Finance Manager
- Keeping data clean and helping reduce manual workarounds as systems evolve
