What you'll be doing:
- Owning payment runs end to end.
- Keeping bank, control and balance-sheet reconciliations tight across multiple entities/trusts.
- Delivering payroll for around 20 employees; accurate, on time, fully compliant.
- Running AP/AR: invoices, supplier statements and query resolution.
- Supporting month-end close and building tidy schedules for the Finance Manager.
- Maintaining data quality and helping reduce manual workarounds as the complexity of the Estate grows and the systems evolve.

Hours: 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday
Working pattern: Office-based to start; limited hybrid may be available after probation (systems development being a factor here).
