🔑 Key InformationEvenings & WeekendsPlease note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
💷 Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
🎓 Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
🕒 Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
📅 Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
🚗 Mileage Options:Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separetely via HMRC

💙 What You'll Be Doing
- As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:
- Providing person-centred home care
- Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
- Offering companionship & emotional support
- Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
