Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!
Key Information
- Pay Rate: £14 per hour
- Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
- Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
- Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
- Mileage Options:
- Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
- Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
- Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred home care
- Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
- Offering companionship & emotional support
- Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
