- 35 hours per week working 5 days in any week (including some weekends, evenings and night shifts, so flexibility is essential)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our hospitality team. This is a hands-on role focused on high-quality service, team leadership and operational standards. You will supervise service, manage staff rotas, support and develop teams, and ensure full compliance with food safety and allergen regulations. The role includes duty management responsibilities on a shift rota and working as part of the wider management team.
Key Duties
- Oversee restaurant, bar and function service
- Lead and support waiting staff and service teams
- Deliver excellent customer service (including silver service where required)
- Write and manage staff rotas
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, COSHH and allergen standards
Essential Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or food service experience
- Team leadership and customer service experience
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, COSHH and allergens
- Strong communication and organisational skills
