We have an opportunity for an Organiser to join our East Midlands team. Working with lay officers and staff colleagues, you will further develop the strength of the Union by actively engaging with members and their employers in the school environment to identify organising and campaigning opportunities, whilst also recruiting, training and mentoring new members, workplace representatives and lay officers.

Ideally with experience of the education sector, you will be able to use your experience of trade union organising, casework and campaigning, and your interpersonal and presentational skills to inspire the confidence, commitment and participation of members.
