About NASUWT

The NASUWT is the leading trade union representing exclusively the interests of teachers and school leaders throughout the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar.

What you will be doing

You will manage a substantial caseload across the Greater London region, providing individual support and representation to teachers and school leaders.

Working with lay officers and staff colleagues, you will handle the complete range of employee relations issues.

This demanding role requires you to actively promote the Union's organising strategy while advocating successfully for members facing workplace challenges.

What we offer
