This role is a temporary Member Support Advisor, located at Rednal, Birmingham and operating on a hybrid schedule.
Salary: £28,706 per annum (FTE: £41,864 per annum)
Contract: Temporary up to 12 months
Working hours: 24 hours per week, Monday – Thursday (6 hours per shift)
Location: Rednal, Birmingham – Hybrid working
Benefits: Defined Benefit Pension Scheme, 50 days leave pro rata (including closure days and public holidays).
You will support our Member Support Services Team by providing telephone and email advice to teachers on matters related to their employment and union membership. You will work flexibly on a rota between 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, as the service requires.

- Strong knowledge of employment law or teachers’ terms and conditions
