- Member Support Advisor £28,706 per annum (FTE: £41,864 per annum)
- Temporary Contract up to 12 months
- 24 hours per week working Monday - Thursday (6 hours per shift)
- Based in Rednal, Birmingham
- Hybrid working
We have an opportunity for a Temporary Member Support Advisor to join our Member Support Services Team. You will provide support to the team and work flexibly on a rota working between the hours 8.00am - 6.30pm, according to the needs of the service.
This role will provide advice, information and guidance to teachers on a wide range of matters relating to their employment and membership of the union, through a busy telephone advice line and via email. Knowledge of employment law or teachers' terms and conditions is essential, together with a commitment to the values and ethos of Trade Unions, outstanding member care skills, and experience of providing telephone advice and guidance within a legal or employment context.
