Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Nasuni's London Office - Paddington. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry point into enterprise SaaS sales at Nasuni. This role focuses on generating qualified pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective enterprise customers across EMEA. You will partner closely with an Enterprise Account Executive and Sales Engineer to build new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and account research. This role is best suited for individuals starting their sales career who are motivated by learning, structured execution, and measurable outcomes. It is not designed for candidates seeking closing responsibility or independent territory ownership. Previous sales experience or internships in tech sales are a plus but not required.

As an SDR at Nasuni, you will gain valuable sales training and experience, learning how to research enterprise accounts, use the latest AI prospecting tools, call into key targets, generate interest, understand the channel partner and alliances ecosystem, and schedule meetings for the Nasuni Field Sales team. This role requires working on‑site in Nasuni's Paddington office 3 days a week (Hybrid). Territories will likely include the United Kingdom, France, Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland) and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). English language fluency and fluency in French or another language are required.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify enterprise accounts and key stakeholders across EMEA – UK, Nordics, Benelux.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, CRM tools, AI tools, and social platforms to generate qualified meetings.
  • Personalize outreach based on account insights, industry trends, and customer pain points.
  • Leverage your English, French, and other language skills to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to align on target accounts and messaging strategy.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Use data, tooling, and AI‑assisted workflows to improve outreach efficiency and targeting accuracy.
  • Continuously refine messaging, sequencing, and prioritization based on performance metrics.
  • Develop foundational knowledge of cloud, SaaS, and enterprise file storage solutions.

Qualifications

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Strong interest in starting a career in SaaS or enterprise sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, or other European languages.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage high‑volume outreach activities.
  • Demonstrated resilience and consistency in goal‑oriented environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, French, and other European languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language fluency, preferably French or Nordic languages for prospecting into enterprise accounts in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
  • Internship or early experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator) is NOT required, but an interest in learning these sales tools is mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze outreach performance data and optimize approach.
  • Exposure to cloud technology, SaaS, or enterprise software concepts is not required.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve productivity, research, or messaging.
