What You'll Do
- Lead new business acquisition and expansion across Energy enterprises in the UK.
- Build a strategic territory plan focused on Tier 1 operators, supply chain organisations, and complex energy ecosystems.
- Engage senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, Engineering, and Security functions.
- Translate sectorâspecific challengesâdistributed operations, data sovereignty, cyber resilience, asset digitisation, and AIâreadinessâinto compelling business cases.
- Navigate multiâstakeholder environments with sixâfigure and sevenâfigure deal sizes.
- Build executive alignment and longâterm account strategies.
- Coâsell with AWS, Microsoft, GCP, and top VARs; leverage Partner Sales Managers, SDRs, and Revenue Marketing to accelerate pipeline within the Energy vertical.
- Solve highâimpact problems such as ransomware resilience, global file collaboration, cost optimisation, and AIâdriven operational efficiency.

- Energy Vertical Expertise (Required)
- Proven SaaS sales success within the Data Infrastructure ecosystem (Cloud, Hybrid, Backup, Recovery, Security, Observability, Unstructured Data, etc).
- Demonstrated success selling into the UK Energy sector.
- Experience working with Oil & Gas, Utilities, Renewables, or Energy supply chain organisations.
- Understanding of regulatory environments, distributed operational models, and industrial data challenges.
- Established network of Energy IT and Digital leaders is highly preferred.
