We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the products we build for our customers. You will be a thought leader in defining the requirements elicitation process and will be responsible for ensuring that our deliveries align with the business vision and maximise the value for the stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the standardisation of requirements elicitation processes within our Digital Engineering business unit.
- Shape product vision and maintain backlogs by working closely with customers’ Product Owners.
- Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating effectively with internal and external technical stakeholders (Solution Architects, Software Engineers, QA).
- Participate in discovery workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to help advance product development.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities and contribute to winning new business by supporting pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure project success and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience as a Business Analyst working on digital transformation projects.
- Confident in challenging assumptions and working with Product Owners to define PoC/MVP requirements.
- Ability to structure backlogs using epics and features that align business needs with technical architecture.
- Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.
- Experience leading or facilitating key Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning, and Backlog Refinement sessions).
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience working in an Agile team to develop system/product designs based on user requirements.
- Ability to create and sustain effective stakeholder relationships across all levels.
- Resilient and proactive with a strong delivery focus.
- Experience using standard modelling conventions (e.g., UML, BPMN) for data, application, and business process domains.
- Ability to become familiar with complex business domains quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Experience with complex systems running on Azure/AWS.
- Experience with projects using Databricks.
