The Design & Creative Lead plays a pivotal role within the marketing team, accountable for developing and executing strong and consistent creative design assets across the Nasstar Group.

  • Work in partnership with the marketing and comms teams on new creative projects to deliver best-in-class concepts.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for brand design projects, eshots, video, digital, and campaigns ensuring all assets comply with brand standards.
  • Maintain high creative standards for all digital output, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as necessary to ensure that outputs are engaging and on-brand.
  • Manage workflows of the design team from development of clear briefing process to concept to execution to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
  • Support on new business pitches and presentations.
  • In partnership with the Director of Marketing and Comms and other design members, articulate the creative strategy for Nasstar group and all brands/sub-brands, campaigns & editorial, print projects, and events.
  • Keep up to date with industry, design and multi-media trends and be able to translate into new ideas and concepts which drive relevancy in the market.

Please note that this is a short term contract role (1 month rolling to start) to help with the current team's workload. Fully remote. Competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a mid/senior Graphic Designer to help out with some upcoming projects, and cover day-to-day requirements for a busy marketing team. Role is varied - everything from social media assets, video creation to PowerPoint decks and sales collateral. Must be well organised, a good communicator, happy to take ownership of their work and bring ideas to the table. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Powerpoint.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Must have strong design expertise, including proficiency in software like Adobe Creative Suite and understanding design principles, techniques and best practices.
  • Should have excellent leadership and project management skills, including overseeing projects, managing the team's schedule and ensuring the team meets deadlines. This includes the use of Mondays.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills as they must be able to communicate their ideas clearly and effectively, liaise with other departments.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who has the innovative mindset to create visually appealing designs that align with business objectives. They should be able to conceptualise design ideas and develop strategies to implement them effectively.
  • Familiarity with CMS/CRM platforms like Drupal and Dynamics365.
