We are hiring a strategic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design, launch, and execute our enterprise ABM programme. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging a defined set of high-value accounts through highly personalised, multi-channel campaigns. Your primary objective will be to build a robust pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and grow our share of wallet within strategic accounts. Working at the intersection of sales and marketing, you will establish deep alignment with sales teams to develop joint account plans, cultivate executive relationships, and deliver measurable growth against non-ABM baselines. The role will be remote, UK based with occasional travel for company events.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Selection & Strategy: Work with sales leadership to define and prioritise target account tiers, building account and buying-committee intelligence to inform campaign approach.
- Personalised Campaign Design & Execution: Build and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns (direct mail, personalised digital, targeted events, executive outreach) tailored to named accounts, working with the Campaign Content Marketer for tailored assets and the Field Marketing Exec for account-level events.
- Sales Alignment & Account Planning: Embed with account and sales teams to build joint account plans, agree engagement plans per account and track account-level pipeline impact.
- Partner & Ecosystem Integration: Leverage AWS and Databricks partner relationships and co-selling motions to unlock account-specific opportunities and MDF-funded activity.
- Measurement & Reporting: Establish account-level engagement and pipeline scoring; report ABM contribution and ROI to the Marketing Director and sales leadership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a marketing discipline.
- 4+ years' B2B marketing experience with direct ownership of an account-based marketing programme.
- Track record building account-based campaigns that demonstrably influence enterprise sales cycles and pipeline.
- Experience building joint account plans and working closely with sales/account teams.
- Familiarity with ABM or intent tooling (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn ABM) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics).
- Strong stakeholder management; credible with senior sales and client-facing leaders.
- Strategic account planning, prioritisation and account segmentation skills.
- Data-led approach to account scoring and intent signals.
- Nice to have's: Experience with cloud or technology partner ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Databricks) and co-selling motions. Experience operating in a PE-backed or high-growth consultancy environment.
