If you love working with people just as much as you love engineering smart tech, you’ll fit right in. We’re on the lookout for an AI Consultant to help our clients bridge the gap between AI experimentation and systematic, scaled deployment. Working under the guidance of a senior architect, you'll design and build intelligent agents using Microsoft’s broader AI stack (including M365 Copilot, AI Builder, and generative actions), extending them into the Power Platform and pro-code services like Azure AI Foundry. It’s a highly collaborative role where you'll directly build the technical roadmaps that increase our clients' AI maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideation Sessions, Requirements Capture and Use Case Definition: Facilitate structured workshops to explore AI and agent opportunities. Work with stakeholders to define business needs, capture requirements, and shape them into actionable agent use cases. Help customers identify where they are on the “Frontier Firm” journey and what the next steps look like.
- Design & Build AI Agents: Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and assistants using Copilot Studio and Microsoft’s AI capabilities, topics, generative actions, knowledge grounding, AI Builder, and connectors – integrating with the wider Power Platform and enterprise data where the scenario requires. Focus on moving the customer from experimentation to systematic, agent-led adoption.
- Test, Iterate, and Scale: Conduct testing, gather user feedback, and perform iterative enhancements which improve agent quality, accuracy, user experience, and drive value realisation. Enable customers and internal teams to extend, govern, maintain, and scale delivered agents.
- Engage Stakeholders Across the Business: Build relationships across customer organisations — from senior leadership to technical teams — and ensure alignment throughout the engagement.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce clear documentation and provide handover, trainings, and adoption activities to customers or support teams, including agent governance and responsible-AI practices.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or related field.
- 3+ years’ commercial experience (including internships or placement year) in customer-facing consulting roles, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or similar environment.

- Familiar with pro-code platform services such as Azure AI/Foundry, Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience building integrated solutions across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources via connectors.
