We are seeking a Senior Advisor with deep healthcare investment experience—particularly within venture capital or family office environments—to join our firm in a part-time strategic role. This is a paid opportunity with a monthly retainer and potential upside.
Key Responsibilities:
Join live investor and prospect calls to lend credibility and validate opportunities
Advise founders and internal team on positioning, investor mindset, and market fit
Optionally introduce aligned capital sources or strategic partners from your network
Act as a senior voice of trust in key moments of the capital raise
Ideal Profile:
50+ with gravitas and strong communication skills
Former healthcare VC, family office allocator, biotech banker, or operator
Deep understanding of healthcare investing, early-stage risk, and capital formation
Experience with diagnostics, therapeutics, digital health, or life sciences preferred
Compensation:
$3,000–$5,000/month retainer
