Nassau Street Partners is seeking an Investor Relations & Deal Analyst to support the firm’s active pipeline of capital raises and M&A transactions. This is a high-impact, execution-focused sales role for candidates who want direct exposure to the fundraising process and what it takes to get deals closed. Analysts will work closely with senior team members to drive outreach, organise investor conversations, and support live transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly develop a deep understanding of assigned deals, including investment thesis, capital structure, and target investor profile.
  • Use proprietary tools and platforms to source and qualify VCs, family offices, PEs, HNWIs, and strategic capital.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and coordinate investor meetings.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility for all outreach efforts.
  • Support internal communications with concise weekly reporting on investor progress and key takeaways.
