This role is based in London, UK office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Daily

  • Cash and positions reconciliation
  • Book trades, maintain internal cash and position recons by identifying and resolving breaks with service providers and collateral administrators
  • Assist with inquiries from external parties such as trade counter parties, fund administrators, or leverage providers
  • Coordinate asset settlements with loan closers and ensure warehouse credit facilities are available for funding; Facilitate CLOs lifecycle from warehouse stage to the closing date
  • Maintain and update fund and loan/bond level data within internal systems
  • Monitor CLO performance by reviewing compliance tests and ensure the results are up to the standards of the Offering Circular
  • Support the portfolio managers, trader and internal teams for ad hoc duties
  • Assist the trustee in the preparation of both monthly and quarterly trustee reports
  • Verify and reconcile CLO waterfall payments calculated by the trustee on a quarterly basis
  • Internal Reporting: as required, prepare internal performance reporting for monthly/quarterly board meetings and marketing materials

Ad hoc tasks

  • Coordinate with other teams internally and externally to facilitate daily transactional activity and provide various types of information/documentation such as tax forms, KYC docs, updating administrative forms, etc.
  • Assist teams with system implementation efforts and propose enhancements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in a CLO / structured product related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer software programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Experience with Geneva, WSO, or similar platforms is desirable.
