A well-established Global Lloyd's Broker is now seeking an experienced Client Services professional to join their dynamic team, focused on providing broker support, premium and claims processing duties, to assist the team with supporting Delegated Authority and Reinsurance accounts within the Marine sector. This is an exciting time to join a market-leading Lloyd's Broker of Choice, and suits individuals from a Technical Binder background with experience in handling Marine Insurance or Reinsurance business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage processing activities across marine binder accounts, including bordereaux, declarations, claims, and accounting transactions.
  • Handle technical queries from clients and markets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate processing.
  • Reviewing both new and existing binders.
  • Premium Claims bordereaux processing to bureau and non-bureau.
  • Support claims handling and maintain strong service standards across client and underwriter relationships.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of query handling with Velonetic, including investigation and resolution.
  • Work closely with brokers to assist with account servicing, renewals, sign-downs, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide servicing of clients' accounts and assist with the retention of business.
  • Attending client and reinsurer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records.
