The Role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to support a busy broking team. This role would suit an individual with previous account handling experience who enjoys delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth administration of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support to brokers.
  • Process new business, renewals, adjustments, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with clients and insurers regarding policy enquiries.
  • Prepare and issue policy documentation.
  • Ensure client records are maintained accurately on Acturis.
  • Support the broking team in meeting service standards and deadlines.
  • Assist with premium financing and insurer documentation requirements.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.

Skills Experience

  • Previous experience within general insurance.
  • Essential knowledge and experience of Acturis.
  • Previous account handling or client service experience.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
