Part-Time Compliance TOBA Administrator
Location: London (Office-based, 2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £60,000 pro rata + benefits (pro rata)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, boutique Lloyd's insurance broker based in London. They are seeking an experienced Compliance TOBA Administrator to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working two days per week from their London office. The successful candidate MUST have insurance experience. This role would suit an experienced insurance compliance professional looking for a part-time opportunity, whether you're returning to work after a career break, seeking greater work-life balance, or reducing your working hours. As this is a standalone role with minimal supervision, the successful candidate will need to be confident working independently and able to make an immediate impact.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience working within the insurance market, ideally with a Lloyd's broker.
- Strong compliance experience within the insurance sector.
- Proven experience managing Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs).
- Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
