An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Binder Technician to join a well-established Lloyd's Broker, supporting delegated authority and portfolio solutions business. This role offers exposure to a broad range of binder-led accounts within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, providing the chance to play a key role in the servicing and delivery of complex programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process new and existing binding authority agreements
- Manage premium and claims bordereaux processing across bureau and non-bureau business
- Handle delegated authority claims and associated technical queries
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting to clients and markets
- Resolve coverage, processing and accounting issues efficiently
- Support brokers with account servicing, risk signings and reporting requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders
- Participate in client and market meetings where required
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years + of experience in handling binding authorities within the Lloyd's and/or London Market (salary dependent on experience)
- Strong understanding of delegated authority processes, bordereaux and claims handling
- Experience working with market systems and technical processing
