Our client are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Delegated Authority Analyst. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to oversee bordereaux reporting, contract lifecycle management, and performance monitoring. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing team and help shape best practices in delegated authority oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and oversight of bordereaux reporting systems, ensuring timely and accurate data processing.
- Collaborate with operations and underwriting teams to ensure delegated authority bookings are monitored and processed correctly.
- Resolve data queries and discrepancies by liaising with brokers, underwriters, and MGAs.
- Support onboarding and renewal processes for delegated authority contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across underwriting, claims, compliance, finance, and actuarial functions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in delegated authority roles within the London Market.
- Strong technical knowledge of delegated underwriting and bordereaux management.
- Experience with bordereaux systems, Xchanging processes and London Market protocols.
