We are working with a fast-growing marine insurance brokerage who are looking for a Marine Insurance Broker as part of its continued expansion within the London Market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Lloyd's registered broking business that is combining traditional marine broking expertise with advanced data, analytics, and loss-prevention technology to deliver smarter, more effective insurance solutions to a global client base.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting and developing marine insurance programmes, working closely with both clients and insurers to deliver tailored solutions across a range of complex risks. This position offers strong exposure to international clients and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced market professionals within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and servicing a portfolio of marine insurance clients
- Placing risks into the London Market and wider insurer network
- Negotiating terms, conditions, and premiums with underwriters
- Supporting new business activity and client development
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day queries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Working alongside senior leadership on complex risk placements
