Senior Client Advocate to join its Client Services Division, supporting a portfolio of complex

Marine & Energy Treaty Reinsurance business.

This senior technical role combines specialist processing expertise, broker support, client service and team support.

You will act as a key technical referral point for colleagues while working closely with brokers, clients and reinsurers to ensure accurate, efficient and high-quality service.

  • Treaty Reinsurance Marine and/or

Energy business, who is energetic and passionate about working collobertaivley with clients and reinsurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end technical processing across proportional and excess of loss Treaty business.
  • Process premiums, settlements and claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage claims through to settlement and closure.
  • Prepare and issue client and market documentation.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients and reinsurers on technical matters.
  • Support cash allocation, client statements, aged debt and portfolio reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
  • Promote best practice, accuracy and service excellence.

Experience & Skills

  • 7 years + experience in
  • Treaty Reinsurance processing, ideally across
  • Marine and/or

Energy.

  • Solid knowledge of proportional and excess of loss premium and claims processing.
  • Experience with London Market systems such as
  • IMR, CLASS, ECF and LORS . Open TWINS advantageous
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
