We are working with a London based MGA looking to strengthen their Professional & Financial Risks team with the addition of an Underwriter.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Assistant Underwriter ready to step up, or an Underwriter looking to further develop their career within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for underwriting a diverse portfolio of Professional & Financial Risks business, with a strong focus on Financial Institutions clients.
- Assess risk exposure and determine appropriate pricing and terms
- Collaborate with senior underwriters and wider teams on complex risks
- Minimum 5 years’ insurance experience within an underwriting environment
- Experience within the London Insurance market
- Exposure to Professional & Financial Lines (PI, D&O, Cyber, etc.)
- Exposure to a high-quality Financial Institutions portfolio
