An exciting opportunity has become available with a highly respected, independent and international Lloyd’s Broker, which is looking to strengthen its International Casualty Division with the appointment of a Broker. Part of the wider Property & Casualty team, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious London Market professional with experience in handling and placing Casualty risks. The successful candidate will take on a broad and varied broking position, encompassing both client-facing and market-facing responsibilities, while supporting the management, development, and growth of an International Casualty portfolio . Key Responsibiliti esManage and service a portfolio of international casualty accounts, ensuring a high level of client retention and satisfactio n.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and international network partner s.Negotiate competitive terms, coverage, and premiums with insurers on behalf of valued client s.Provide expert advice across casualty insurance products including General Liability, Employers Liability, Products Liability, and Excess Liabilit y.Coordinate and oversee international insurance programmes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standard s.Prepare market presentations, renewal strategies, and client report s.Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and existing client relationship s.Work collaboratively with internal broking, claims, and placement teams to deliver seamless servic e.Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks impacting international casualty busine s s.
