We are working with a well-established London-based insurance broker who is seeking an experienced IBA Client Credit Controller to join their Insurance Broking Accounts team on a fixed term contract through to December 2026. This role sits within a specialist Marine book of business and will suit someone who is confident operating as a subject matter expert within IBA. You will play a key role in managing credit control activities, resolving aged debt and supporting the clean-up of legacy matters as part of a wider Edge project.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end IBA credit control across a Marine portfolio
- Resolution and management of aged debt
- Cash application and allocation
- Handling complex and legacy IBA matters
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve queries efficiently
- Supporting best practice within Insurance Broking Accounts processes
About you:
- Proven experience within Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA)
- Background in finance shared services within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of IBA best practices
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and be relied upon as an IBA specialist
- Brokasure Desktop experience is preferred
