We are working with a successful and well-established insurance brokerage in Stockport who are looking to add a Personal Lines / HNW Account Handler to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong insurance servicing experience who wants to join a supportive, collaborative environment with fantastic benefits.
About the RoleAs a Personal Lines Account Handler, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Personal Lines, High Net Worth (HNW) and some light commercial clients. Your role will include:
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and general client servicing
- Advising customers across a mix of home, motor, travel, HNW and specialist policies
- Preparing and checking all documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, underwriters and key stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional service across a varied book of business
This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Personal Lines Broker, Private Clients Advisor, HNW Account Handler, Insurance Advisor, or Household & Motor Consultant.
What You’ll Need- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Personal Lines Account Handling
- Exposure to HNW or Private Clients is advantageous
- Confident managing your own client portfolio
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- A customer-centric approach with professional communication skills
Full-time, office-based role in Stockport. Excellent benefits package including:
