We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support the management of underwriting agreements. In this role, you will help ensure agreements are accurately drafted, maintained, and monitored throughout their lifecycle, supporting regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and maintaining binding authority and delegated authority agreements.
  • Support agreement approvals, registrations, and ongoing compliance.
  • Document and process changes, including endorsements.
  • Maintain central records, manuals, databases, and trackers.
  • Assist in preparing risk and written bordereaux for stakeholders.
  • Perform data and system testing to validate new agreements, products, and functionality.
  • Produce accurate reports and MI to support oversight and decision-making.
  • Support audits and follow up on recommendations.
  • Provide responsive support to internal/external stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Skills

  • Able to prioritise effectively.
  • IT-literate, with experience in tools such as ATLAS, DCOM/QA Tool, Crystal, DXC, DAM, and MS Office.
  • Experience within an MGA, broker, or insurance environment preferred.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and works confidently both independently and with others.
