Claims Manager – Cyber Location: UK (Hybrid with travel) Full-time | Permanent Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for claims advocacy and client success? We’re looking for a Claims Manager to join a dynamic team, managing high-profile and complex Cyber claims. This is a client-facing role where you\’ll leverage your expertise in insurance policy analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement to drive optimal outcomes throughout the claims lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the proactive management of complex claims, identifying coverage issues early and resolving them collaboratively. Present claims information to clients and insurers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and experts Collaborate with internal teams to support renewals, reporting, and financial processes. Stay current with market developments and internal systems. What We’re Looking For: 4 years’ experience in claims handling Strong understanding of Cyber claims. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Team-oriented and eager to grow professionally. Professional qualifications (e.g., DIP CII or ACII) are a plus but not essential.
